According to "The Illustrated Myths and Rituals of Sea Kat," by Nathaniel Russell, Sea Kat was borne from Father Sky and Sea Mom. Not much else is known about the Sea Kat. Recent sightings include totemic glyphs miraculously appearing on bathroom doors and random surf vehicles.
Put together a rack like that for my '76 Honda XL350, rode it from Venice to Jalama for surf. That was a long cold trip. Lotta trips to Zuma and 'nard tho'
