Mission to Moonlight










It's a long drive down to Moonlight Glassing from San Francisco, but it's worth it to hang out with family, pick up new boards and blanks, and surf warmer water...

not the same but i drove from Porto in Portugal to Paris in France( 2x2000km) to pick up 2 beautifull Pavel´s glassed by moonlight...and i´m making this blog a daily favorite along with the JP one...

Totally forgot--super big thanks to Chris G. for taking all the photos during the trip. He accompanied me on the trip and brought three different still cameras, super 16mm with intervalometer, a Globa-scope, a Christenson twin keel, and lots of farts to keep me awake during the long drive...

You know I almost took your blanks since its been sitting there for way too long? When ur doing your mission drives and cant make it to Fiberglass hawaii in time. Id be more than happy to pick them up and you can get it at my bay.
